Application Cases

1. Neo Primaries RNase Inhibitor demonstrates higher RNase inhibition efficiency and performs well in reverse transcription and RNA-Seq assays.

1) RNase Inhibitors from different vendors were mixed with 300 ng of RNA substrate and 100 pg of RNase A, and incubated at 37°C for 1 h; residual RNA was quantified using RNA Qubit HS Assay Kit (9 replicates per group). The control group did not contain RNase Inhibitors. 2) RNA Ladder templates were mixed with RNase Inhibitors from different vendors. First-strand cDNA synthesis was performed using TransFlex I Reverse Transcriptase (Cat. No.: LS-EZ-E-00005), and the products were analyzed with alkaline agarose gel electrophoresis. 3) RNA sequencing library preparation was conducted using RNase Inhibitors from different vendors, and the libraries were quantified and analyzed on agarose gels.
