Product Description
Tth SSB is a thermostable single-stranded DNA binding protein isolated from Thermus thermophilus, with a half-life of 40 min at 80°C. SSB is involved in DNA replication, recombination, and repair in vivo. SSB has been found to improve DNA amplification or sequencing reactions in vitro by relaxing DNA secondary structures.
