Product Description
T4 Polynucleotide Kinase (T4 PNK) is a polynucleotide 5'-hydroxyl-kinase that catalyzes the transfer of a γ-phosphate from ATP to the 5' hydroxyl terminus of single- or double-stranded DNA and RNA, oligonucleotides, or mononucleotides bearing 3'-phosphates. It is widely applicable to 5' phosphorylation of oligonucleotides, DNA, or RNA, as well as DNA or RNA end labeling.

Application Cases
1.HTS library preparation

YH gDNA was fragmented and double-size-selected, followed by end repair, dA-tailing, adapter ligation, and PCR enrichment. End repair was performed using Neoprimaries T4 PNK or a competitor enzyme; the other materials were the same. The adapter ligated and PCR enriched products were quantified, and the libraries were sequenced on Sequencing Platform. The results demonstrate comparable performance for Neoprimaries T4 PNK and the competitor.
2.library preparation

PCR-free PE100 libraries were prepared from 50 ng of fragmented YH gDNA using Neoprimaries T4 PNK or a competitor enzyme, and sequenced on Sequencing Platform. The results show that Neoprimaries T4 PNK has comparable performance to the competitor and is suitable for library preparation.
